What we collect
The details you submit through the contact form (name, work email, company, budget range, and your brief), plus standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and to run the resulting engagement. We do not sell data, and we do not add enquiries to a marketing list without an explicit opt-in.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are retained for the period required by our accounting and contractual obligations.
Who we share it with
Named sub-processors only — hosting, email delivery, and CRM. List each provider here with a link to their own privacy terms.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. Describe how a request is made and the response window you commit to.
