We start on the data model rather than the messaging: what the CRM records at signup, at KYC, and at first deposit decides every segment that can exist later, and most installed systems only ever count contacts. Nothing gets automated until that history survives a migration intact, because a clean new database with no deposit, consent, or source record is worth less than the messy one it replaced. The stage a generalist misreads is KYC — a stalled verification looks like a support ticket, so it gets no journey at all, when it is usually the largest leak between a paid ad click and a funded account.

- A Forex CRM treats the deposit and the trading account as first-class records, so funding events, KYC status, and account tiers are fields you can segment and report on rather than notes stapled to a contact. A general-purpose CRM can store the same information, but it cannot act on it without custom build work, which is why lifecycle campaigns run on one tend to stop at registration. We build or integrate the CRM so the deposit is the object everything else hangs off.
- Can you migrate our existing CRM without losing lead and deposit history?
- A CRM migration only keeps its value when the history moves with the records, which means deposit dates, KYC state, consent, and source attribution all have to land in fields the new system can segment on. We map the old schema to the new one and run both in parallel before anything is switched off, so a broken import is caught while the original is still the authoritative copy.
