The challenge
A semi-forex operator with no consumer brand of its own. We built two from scratch inside two years — positioning, the sites traders land on, the CRM behind them, and the acquisition that fills both.
Launching a consumer brand in this category means solving trust and compliance at the same time as acquisition. There was no existing audience to inherit, no brand equity to lean on, and the usual paid channels treat a new forex-adjacent name as high risk by default — so every shortcut that works in an ordinary D2C launch was closed.
What we did
- 01
Built the brand before buying the traffic
Positioning, identity, and the site itself came first, because paid review in this category judges the landing experience as much as the ad. Both brands launched on a page that could pass scrutiny and convert.
- 02
Wired the CRM to the deposit, not the signup
Lifecycle, onboarding and KYC journeys were built into the CRM from day one, so acquisition could be optimised against funded accounts rather than registrations that never convert.
- 03
Ran acquisition and reputation as one job
Paid, influencer, and reputation work moved together. In a category where a search for the brand name decides the deposit, the second brand launched faster because the first had already proved the playbook.
